Denys Goloshchapov, MD is an Interventional Pain Management Specialist, double board certified in an Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine providing care for the patients in Spokane Valley and Kennewick, Washington at Lynx Healthcare.
Dr. Goloshchapov graduated Cum Laude from Kharkov National Medical University in Ukraine in 2010. He acquired vast interest for clinical research during his medical school years and decided to pursue it further at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston McGovern Medical School, Department of Anesthesiology. While working hand in hand with world leaders in the field of Anesthesiology at the one of the biggest medical institutions in the world, Texas Medical Center in Houston, Dr. Goloshchapov developed great passion for the specialty and chose to make it his career. He completed General Surgery Internship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington in 2015 and successfully transitioned to Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Utah.
As a Board Certified Anesthesiologist he practiced at multiple Level 1 trauma centers in Utah and New Mexico further broadening his clinical knowledge. He is an expert in perioperative care of complex patients with chronic and acute pain.
Dr. Goloshchapov successfully completed ACGME accredited Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of New Mexico where he provided extensive care for great variety of patients with complex acute and chronic pain conditions.
Dr. Denys Goloshchapov is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian languages. Having vast expertise from practicing Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine in multiple institutions he believes in multidisciplinary yet individual approach to each patient. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking.
