If you are unable to be seen for a final visit, please follow up with your primary care provider and refer to the list of alternative pain clinics in your area.
Your medical records will continue to be maintained by Lynx Healthcare until such time as they are transferred to a medical records custodian. Once this occurs, this website will be updated.
